Availability

Prices shown are per week per home.  Please contact us for prices for over night stays, short breaks or tenancies.  The prices include bedding, towels, heating and electricity,  The property will be available for your occupation at 2 pm on the day of arrival.  The property is to be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

The following charges relate to both bungalows and cover Low and High season.

The bungalows are unavailable for the month of February.

We do offer a nightly rate and this includes breakfast to enjoy at your leisure,  please telephone or email for availability and price.

Special Rates are available for short breaks, please telephone for details.

Please note:

Both bungalows are disabled friendly and have wheelchair access.

A highchair can be supplied upon request

Smoking is not permitted in the bungalows.

Pets allowed in the bungalows by previous arrangement.

Our standard changeover day is Saturday,  however upon request we may be able to offer alternative days.

A deposit of £40 is required to secure your booking, the balance due one week before arrival.
